The people behind your dance floor
Every Twentyone night is planned, played and looked after by a small team who've filled hundreds of dance floors, from country-house weddings to black-tie galas.
Live music, done properly
Twentyone Events is run by directors Jacob Askew and Calum Bayliss. We know how good a wedding or party can be when the music is done properly, so we've built a company around exactly that: brilliant musicians, a setlist shaped around you, and a team that sweats the details so you don't have to.
Today we play for couples across the UK and for some of the world's best-known brands, including Ferrari, FIFA, Silverstone and Louis Vuitton. However big the night, you'll have one point of contact from your first call to the last song, and musicians hand-picked for your date.

The people looking after you
From your first enquiry to the final run sheet, these are the people you'll be speaking to.
Director
Jacob Askew
Jacob oversees the running of Twentyone, from planning and logistics to making sure every event runs exactly to time. He works with venues and planners behind the scenes, so if there's a detail that matters on your day, Jacob has probably already thought of it.
Bookings & client relations manager
Elliot Morris
Elliot is usually the first person you'll speak to. He'll talk you through our acts, help you find the right line-up for your venue and budget, and stay with you all the way from your first enquiry to the day itself.
Talent manager
Effy Liperis
Effy looks after our acts and agency bookings, matching the right band and musicians to every event. She keeps our performers briefed, prepared and ready, so every act arrives ready to deliver on the night.
Production manager
Thomas Rushton
Thomas runs everything technical and operational behind our shows: sound, lighting, kit and logistics. He works with venues on load-in, power and timings, so every act sounds and looks its best and the night runs without a hitch.
